Kent MSP is a managed IT services provider based in Kent, supporting local businesses with reliable, secure, and scalable IT support. Our story is built on trust, expertise, and a commitment to helping organisations work smarter through technology.
In 2022, our CEO James Howe founded Kent MSP in Ashford, Kent, after seeing too many schools, NHS teams, charities, and local businesses struggling with recurring issues and support providers who never quite resolved the root cause. He wanted to build a service that listens first, understands what isn’t working, and then fixes it properly.
From day one, Kent MSP has been about real solutions, long‑term reliability, and doing right by the education, healthcare, public sector, and SME communities that rely on us.
